The Blaze 3 5G boasts a 6.5-inch IPS display with an HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Powering the smartphone is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The company allows users to expand the RAM virtually up to 6GB. The phone also supports storage expandability via a microSD card. The Blaze 3 5G has a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary camera on the back, while an 8MP camera sits on the front. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Lava Blaze 3 5G uses a 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The charger is bundled with the smartphone in the box.

Lava has equipped the Blaze 3 5G with a “segment-first” Vibe Light that helps take clear photos in low light conditions. It also ensures consistent and even lighting when recording videos in dim light. The Vibe Light has a colour temperature slider that allows users to adjust between warm and cool tones, “mitigating the harshness of traditional LED flashes.” The Android 14-based OS comes with apps such as App Lock and Dual Apps and an anti-peeping feature pre-installed on the smartphone.
