Samsung Galaxy S24 receives limited-period discount of Rs 15,000, now costs Rs 59,999

Samsung has announced a limited-period discount of Rs 15,000 on the Galaxy S24, months after it launched the flagship series in January. The discount follows close on the heels of the iPhone 16 availability in India. The Galaxy S24 discount also follows a similar temporary price-cut offer on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. While the offer will bring the Galaxy S24 price down to Rs 59,999, it is not a flat discount, meaning certain terms and conditions are attached to the offer.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 will be available on the Samsung India website with a deal price of Rs 59,999, as opposed to the launch price of Rs 74,999. Customers can bring down the price through credit cards and phone exchanges. Here is the fine print on the offer:

Samsung will offer an instant cashback of Rs 12,000 to customers using credit or debit cards from partner banks. An additional upgrade bonus of Rs 3,000 will be available to customers who trade in an old, used phone during the Galaxy S24 purchase. The total benefit, thus, goes up to Rs 15,000. Customers also have the option to pay for the Galaxy S24 in instalments without interest (no-cost EMI) on the Samsung India online and offline stores. However, reports suggest the offer may also be available on Amazon during the Great Indian Festival sale, which starts September 27.
