Tecno Spark Go 1 entry-level smartphone with 120Hz display launched

Tecno Spark Go 1 is the latest smartphone from the company that recently showcased its new foldable phone technology. It is an entry-level smartphone with highlighted features such as a 120Hz display, AI noise cancellation, and stereo speakers with DTS. However, the smartphone does not support 5G connectivity. Tecno Spark Go 1 price in India

The Spark Go 1 starts at Rs 7,299. It has Startrail Black, Glittery White, and Lime Green colour options. Customers can buy the smartphone from online shopping websites but offline buyers will have to wait till September 6.

Featuring support for dual SIM cards with 4G connectivity, the Tecno Spark Go 1 boasts a 6.67-inch HD+ (1600x720-pixel resolution) screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the smartphone is an octa-core Unisoc T615 processor, paired with up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone supports virtual RAM expansion up to 4GB to offer better multitasking performance. The smartphone also supports expandability via a microSD card. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an infrared remote control that helps control appliances such as televisions and air conditioners.

For optics, the Spark Go 1 comes with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Both cameras come with dual LED flash support to enhance low-light photography. The smartphone has a 5000mAh battery that charges at up to 15W using the USB-C port and the bundled charger. Its stereo speakers have DTS Sound support, while the Android 14 (Go edition)-based OS offers AI Noise Cancellation on calls. The Tecno Spark Go 1 also comes with an IP54 rating for protection against dust particles and water splashes.
