The craze of the game of PUBG doesn't seem to be fading away anytime soon. The online battle royale game is ruling India's video game industry and ever since its inception, so many reasons have contributed to PUBG's success worldwide. One such reason is its multi-platform presence, though it doesn't support cross-platform gameplay. Apart from mobile, PUBG is available on PC and Console. But sometimes, users complain they are unable to play the game because it crashes abruptly.

PUBG has acknowledged problems when it comes to launching the game, and according to what folks over at PUBG have to say about it on their support forum, these issues are primarily caused, courtesy of insufficient memory on your desktop/laptop. PUBG has also advised players to keep a check on the minimum system requirements for a trouble-free gaming experience.

Tips to help you fix these issues

Tip 1: While playing PUBG, make sure to free up some RAM. And let’s face it, PUBG is undoubtedly a resource-intensive game. More the available RAM, better are the chances of smooth PUBG experience. Before your start PUBG, make sure you don’t have any other apps or services (apart from system-specific ones) running in the background.

Tip 2: Try running the steam client as Administrator so that you have zero background restrictions. Here's what you should do: Right click on Steam client icon > Choose 'Run as Admin.'

Tip 3: In addition, you can check PUBG’s integrity. Go to Steam > Library > Right click PUBG > Select properties > Select Local Files tab > Select PUBG integrity check.

In case you continue to face these problems, you need to contact PUBG support with .nfo file on your computer. Here’s how you can obtain .nfo file:

Step 1: Press and hold Windows key and then simultaneously press R. Open Run command window > Type MSINFO 32 > Click OK.

Step 2: Click the File menu in the System Information window. Click Save. Set the desired path to save .nfo file and click Save. You are done!
