The Indian Air Force’s official mobile game, called IAF: A Cut Above is slated to be released on 31 July, for Google Android and Apple iOS mobile devices. The game’s official teaser shows the protagonist of the game bearing uncanny resemblances to Wing Captain Abhinandan Varthaman – the braveheart who after launching offensives on Pakistan stood up to his handlers in custody after being captured, and came back unharmed.
Hence, the IAF mobile game seemingly marks the return of Wing Commander Abhinandan, and the teaser also depicts national pride and the aspect of having to fly deep into enemy territory and teach them hard lessons. The trailer also brings back memories of Balakot air strikes where terror camps of Pakistan were destroyed.
