Motorola, which currently has the Moto G6 Play, that is a mid-range smartphone, could now come out with a next-gen variant called the Moto G7 Play. This smartphone has now apparently surfaced.
As per DroidLife, that quotes FCC filings, the Motorola Moto G7 exists and the handset also apparently features a notch display. Other rumoured technical specifications of the Moto G7 Play have also surfaced and as per these listings, the handset could also be a mid-range device.
Now, the rumoured Moto G7 Play reportedly features a single rear camera and one front snapper. Here, it is worth noting that modern day new smartphone releases (the premium mid-rangers) have been offering multiple cameras with snappers theoretically claiming to offer photography and videography experiences surpassing even that of DSLR cameras.
However, the Moto G7 Play could be targeted at even the budget conscious preferring to purchase phones (with all modern day enhancements) at shoestring budgets. As far as its other key tech aspects are concerned, the purported Moto G7 Play has a 2820 mAh battery, driven by a Snapdragon 632 SoC and Adreno 506 GPU.
Also, there could be both single as well as dual SIM-card variants of the Moto G7 Play if the smartphone is to hit economies like India. At this point in time, Motorola is yet to officially issue updates regarding the purported Moto G7 Play.
With rumours of the Moto G7 Play now at a peak, it only becomes imminent to take a look at the key technical specifications of the current-gen Moto G6 Play. Check these out below:
