Xiaomi is gearing to launch a slew of products in India this month. While one of them, the Mi footwear, has an official launch date now (February 6), a couple of other products will be coming later. This includes the Redmi Note 7 and the Redmi Go. There’s a slight possibility that Xiaomi may bring the Redmi Note 7 Pro to India as well, but because, it is yet to be launched in China, we will have to wait and watch out on that one.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Go variants have been tipped online ahead of India launch. A new report suggests Xiaomi will be initially bringing only the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage and the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage versions of the Redmi Note 7 to India. The 6GB RAM and 64GB storage version of the phone may not make it to India, at least in the beginning. The Redmi Note 7 is further said to come in black, blue, and red colour options. Moreover, the gradient finish may be exclusive to the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage version, according to tipster @ishanagarwal24.

The Redmi Note 7 is notably the first Redmi phone to launch under Xiaomi’s independent Redmi sub-brand. The main USP of the Redmi Note 7 is said to be its 48MP rear camera. There’s also a 5MP secondary camera for depth-sensing. On the front, the Redmi Note 7 comes with a 13MP camera. Hardware specs include, 6.3-inch 1080p+ display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with up to 6GB RAM and up to 64GB storage, Android Pie-based MIUI 10, and 4,000mAh battery with support for Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 4.

As for the Redmi Go, Xiaomi’s first Android Go phone is available only in one 1GB RAM and 8GB storage option and the company may be looking to bring it to India in the days to come. The Redmi Go is an entry-level Android Go phone with a 5-inch 16:9 display with 720p resolution. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor and packs a 3,000mAh battery. On the camera front, the Redmi Go comes with an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera.
