1. Apple Music subscription plan

Apple CEO started off the event with the launch of a brand new plan on Apple Music offering a new experience of listening to its subscribers. Siri will now have a number of custom playlists dedicated to various moods and settings featuring several notable artists. The new Voice plan will allow subscribers to listen to their favourite music at an affordable price. It will be available in 17 countries and regions later this fall.

2. New colours for Apple HomePod Mini Smart Speaker

The tech giant added new colours to the HomePod. They are now available in Orange, Yellow and Blue. 

3. AirPods 3 

One of the most anticipated products, Airpods 3 was launched at the event with new features. Having the same design as the AirPods Pro are loaded with spatial audio along with new low-distortion drivers with sweat and water resistance. With a battery life of over 6 hours, it comes with MagSafe and wireless charging. Available next week, the price for the new Airpods 3 start at $179.

4.  M1 Pro And M1 Max Chips

Highlights of the event, Apple launched their strongest and fastest chips to date, the M1 Pro And M1 Max Chips. 

5. MacBook Pro

The new two versions, 14-inch and 16-inch, MacBook Pro equipped with M1 Max was launched with a notch. It also comes with a MagSafe and ports. With the Touch bar gone from the design, the new 16 inches MacBook Pro has an HDMI port, headphone jack and SD card slot. 

With a wider lens and 1080p web camera, the new MacBook Pro depends on computational technology to offer video performance. It also offers up to 60 per cent lower noise on the microphones with large woofers to offer deeper bass. The six-speaker sound system will be available on both 14 and 16-inch MacBook Pro.

Watch Apple's 'Unleashed' event here

Due to the prevailing situations of the pandemic, Apple continued to hold another virtual event which will be available for interested users to watch on Apple's official website and Youtube and on Apple TV. The event will begin in India from 10.30 pm IST on October 18, 2021. Here is where you can watch the LIVE event.

With less than an hour remaining for the Apple Unleashed event, the netizens are charged up with speculations of the new M1X processor suggested in the leaks. A huge upgrade from the existing M1 chipset, it will mark Apple's first-ever high-end Mac with its own processor. According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the chips are set to have 10 CPU cores loaded with eight high-performance cores. They also include two energy-efficient cores with one chip having 16 graphics cores and the other having 32. 

With less than two hours to go for the Apple LIVE event, tech geeks are taking to social media to express their anticipation to witness the new product lineups. A few addressed the leaks in the rumour mill while some laid out their expectations from the tech giants. As mentioned earlier, the hotly anticipated event is set to launch the new MacBook Pro models with an improved version of the M1 chipset. Apple is rumoured to launch two new MacBook Pro models - the 14" and 16" notebooks. The leaks also suggest the tech giant introducing an iPhone-style notch in the MacBook Pro models facilitating a higher screen-to-body ratio and allow the rest of the bezels to be thin.

3. New Apple Watch 7 Series

The new Apple Watch 7 was loaded with health tracking and a full QWERTY keyboard. The makers have finalised $399 for the product.
