Top Jurist Harish Salve Questions Transferring Delhi High Court Judge, Calls For Open Enquiry

The Supreme Court Collegium, led by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna, has transferred Justice Yashwant Varma from the Delhi High Court to his parent High Court in Allahabad. This decision comes after huge cash pile recovery from Justice Varma's home. At around 11 am, the court master of Justice Varma's court announced that the division bench was on leave on Friday and any urgent mentioning can be made before another bench.
