‘Historic Bill To Be Introduced Today,’ Says Kiren Rijiju on Waqf Amendment Bill

The Waqf (Amendment) Bill 2024 will be presented in Parliament today. Both the BJP and Congress have asked their MPs to be present for the vote. With no agreement between the ruling party and the opposition, the final decision will come down to a majority vote. The bill will be introduced after Question Hour, followed by an eight-hour discussion before a final decision is made.
