Amit Shah Says Native Languages Must Be Prioritised Over English For Linguistic Identity

At the launch of IAS officer Ashutosh Agnihotri’s book Main Boond Swayam, Khud Sagar Hoon, Home Minister Amit Shah highlighted the need to protect linguistic heritage. He noted that a day might soon arrive when speaking English in India could be viewed as shameful, stressing that only those with strong determination can lead meaningful social change.
