Rishabh Pant equals MS Dhoni's Test Century Record with Ton vs Bangladesh in Chennai Test

Rishabh Pant notched up a century in the first Test between India and Bangladesh at Chennai - and in the process, matched up with his idol MS Dhoni 's number of Test centuries. Both Pant and Dhoni have now scored 6 Test centuries, which is a remarkable feat given Pant's Test career is still in it's early days and Dhoni has already retired. Pant's return to form will be good news for Indian fans as Test series against New Zealand and then Australia beckon towards the end of the year.
