The flight, designated EI738, departed from Dublin at approximately 7:15 pm. About an hour into the journey, the crew announced an emergency situation. During the altercation, the woman sustained an injury to her face, resulting in her partner's arrest upon landing. After a delay of two hours, the flight resumed its journey, ultimately arriving at Palma De Mallorca Airport at 1:05 am.
