'Donald Trump is the Reason My Husband Proposed': Woman Shares Her Love Story

Washington (US): Expressing sympathy with former US President Donald Trump over the shooting incident, Ada Lluch, one of the supporters of Trump, has shared an anecdote stating that the 45th President of the United States played a crucial role in her love story. 

Luch, said that her husband proposed to her only because of Donald Trump. 

In a post on X (formerly known as Twitter) which has gone viral, Ada Lluch recalled that she and her husband went to meet Trump at a fundraiser at Mar-A-Lago. At that time they were not married. In the meeting, Trump told Lluch’s husband that he would regret and would remain depressed if he did not marry Ada.  

“Donald Trump is the reason my husband proposed to me. When my husband took me to meet Trump for the first time he asked “How long have you been married?” but we weren’t married.

My husband said “Mr. President, we’re not married. And the President looked him very seriously in the eyes and said “You’re going to be very depressed if you don’t marry her. Then looked at me and told me how beautiful I was. Twice,” she said. 

“Then looked back at my husband and repeated again that he would be extremely depressed if he didn’t marry me,” she added. 

She further mentioned that the outcome of the conversation was that her husband had put an engagement ring to her finger three weeks later. 

“About three weeks later I had an engagement ring on my finger. So when I tell you I love President Trump, it’s not just for what he did to save the world…” she said. 

Cannot Stop Crying: Ada on Shooting Incident

“I cannot stop crying whenever I see that video. I try not to watch and I try not to stay on social media these days since I’m on a trip with my girlfriends.But it’s really so sad and heartbreaking for him and I can imagine how hard it is for his children and wife,” Ada said. 

Trump was on stage at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania's Butler before gunshots rang out and Secret Service agents stormed the stage. Following the attack on Trump, the Secret Service agents surrounded the Republican candidate and escorted him off the stage, with blood visible across his face. Donald Trump said that the bullet pierced the upper part of his ear.

One of the rally attendees was killed, while two more were critically injured. The gunman was also killed by US Secret Service agents.
