Remember the emotional video of an accused interacting with his classmate, a judge, that went viral in 2015?

The video has gone viral yet again, as the man is back in court on fresh robbery charges.

Arthur Nathaniel Booth, 58, grabbed headlines when he appeared in front of Miami-Dade Judge Mindy Glazer, a woman who had once been his classmate at Nautilus Middle School.

The old video showed Booth breaking down as he realized the judge was his former classmate from middle school.

Previously, Booth had been arrested on charges of burglary and grand theft. During the hearing, Judge Glazer recognized Booth and asked if he attended Nautilus Middle School.

In the video, the judge reminisced about how they used to play football together and described Booth as a friend who was the "nicest" in school. "I’m sorry to see you here,” Judge Glazer had said in the courtroom. “I hope you can come out of this OK and just lead a lawful life,” she was heard saying.

However, Booth, who appeared remorseful in the video, did not live up to Judge Glazer's hopes, as he was recently arrested by Miami Police.

Last week, Miami Police arrested Booth again, accusing him of a series of snatch-and-grab robberies across the city.

According to reports, Booth posed as a plumber and robbed an elderly man in his house. Police said Booth forcibly snatched the man’s gold chain, threw him to the ground, and fled the scene.

In another case, Booth pretended to be a water inspector to enter a home and steal a jewelry box.

He is also accused of approaching a woman who was changing her tire, asking for directions, and then snatching her gold Gucci pendant chain when she turned away.

Law enforcement tracked Booth and eventually arrested him, as his actions were documented in a surveillance video. This time in court, he did not face his former classmate but instead appeared before another judge, who denied him bond, ensuring he remained locked up at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Centre until his trial began.
