Hippo Attacks Lion in Luangwa River, Big Cat Runs to Save Life | WATCH

A viral video on social media shows a dramatic scene where a lion swims across the Luangwa River in Zambia to escape from a massive hippopotamus. 

The video, recorded  by Shelton Safaris, reveals that Senior guide Patrick and his guests witnessed the scene when a male lion attempted to cross the Luangwa River, after being chased by a territorial hippopotamus. Fortunately, the lion managed to escape the hippo's chase unharmed. 

The video has gone viral on social media and crossed 31,000 likes on the Internet. Many people commented, with some finding it funny and others worried about the lion's safety.
