Mumbai Shocker: Gang of Girls Brutally Thrashes Schoolmate in Viral Video

Mumbai: A gang of girls brutally beat up a schoolgirl attending a school on Mumbai's Yari Road. In a day time, a schoolgirl is shown getting brutally beaten up by a bunch of girls in the viral video that was uploaded on X. 

The victim is assaulted by the group of girls, who are shown kicking her, pulling her hair, and delivering punches at the same time.

In the widely shared video on X, activist Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj shows a bunch of females brutally beating up a student during the day. The victim is assaulted by the girls, who are shown kicking her, yanking her hair, and delivering punches at the same time.

In some way, the victim manages to break free from her attackers and reach out to her buddy. But the girls grab her again and carry on with their attack, dragging her through the streets while kicking her left, right, and centre.

Mumbai Girls Fight Viral Video:

The video was shared by activist Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj, who wrote, "A school-going girl studying at a school in Yari Road in Mumbai is mercilessly beaten up by a girl gang." In an effort to alert the Mumbai Police to the assault, she also tagged their official account on X.

A Versova police station official on Monday said the incident took place around two weeks and they took cognisance of it after a video of the assault surfaced on the Internet.

The disturbing video shows a schoolgirl being mercilessly beaten up by a group of girls in the Yari Road locality. The attackers can be seen punching and kicking the minor girl, who was in her school dress, even as she falls on the ground.

Many people have taken to the internet to demand action against the gang of girls participating in the assault after seeing the video go viral. Nevertheless, neither the date of the occurrence nor the existence of any official charges against the girls involved have been established.

The Nirbhaya squad is also keeping a close eye on the matter and patrolling has been increased at the location, said the police official.
