A Pakistani woman accused of killing two people due to rash driving was captured smiling and issuing threats in a viral video.

The clip quickly gained attention, showing the woman unfazed and smiling after the horrific incident.

According to reports, the woman has been identified as Natasha Danish, wife of a prominent Pakistani businessman, Danish Iqbal.

On August 19, Natasha hit several pedestrians and bikers with her Toyota Land Cruiser on Karsaz Road in Karachi, resulting in the deaths of a father and his daughter.

A Pakistani news website reported that Natasha collided with a motorcycle while attempting to turn her SUV. The vehicle then struck two more motorcycles before overturning and crashing into a parked car.

The woman was prevented from fleeing the scene by several people in the crowd. Some initial reports suggested that she was intoxicated at the time of the accident, though these reports have not been confirmed.

The video captioned "Her smile - a victory symbol is a big question mark on our judicial system," has garnered significant criticism of the woman.

One comment read, "No remorse! No guilt!"

Another comment said, "Karma is coming soon."

In another video, Natasha was seen boasting of her influence and status. She was heard saying, "Tum mere baap ko nahi jantay" (you don’t know who my father is).

Meanwhile, local media and the public in Pakistan have slammed the officials attempting to rescue the accused from punishment.

Her advocate, Amir Mansub, argued that his client’s mental health "was not stable" and that she was "receiving treatment at Jinnah Hospital."

However, hospital records indicated that she was discharged after medical evaluations that claimed her to be fit.  Doctors concluded that no immediate psychiatric intervention was necessary.
