An image shared by a Bengaluru techie has gone viral on the internet in which he criticizes the high price of real estate in the city, which is being built with low quality. Ripudaman, the X user who shared the picture of water leakage in a room in his apartment worth Rs 1.5 crore, posted a photograph of the room located on the 5th or 16th floor of the building. The image clearly showed a large patch of dampness on the ceiling.
He wrote, “My room in a 1.5 CR apartment on the 5th/16th floor is leaking water. These expensive buildings are such a scam, bro! The civil engineer inside me can't comprehend this.” Ripudaman, a 22-year-old software engineer in the city, shared this on X and soon his post went viral, with users commenting on it.
