SML Isuzu Ltd on Monday said its total sales fell by 1 per cent in December 2023 to 946 units from 959 units in the same period in 2022.

For the company’s passenger vehicle segment, the sales per unit fell to 521 in December 2023, as against 570 units in December 2022.

During the April-December period in 2023, the company’s cargo vehicle segment saw a 8 per cent fall to 2,886 units, as against 3,132 units in the same period last year.
