Mounjaro's price in India for a 2.5 mg vial is ₹3,500 and a 5 mg vial for ₹4,375.

The monthly cost of Mounjaro expenditure in India is around ₹14,000-₹17,500, whereas in the US it is around ₹86,000-₹1 lakh, i.e $1,000-$1,200.

The starting dose of Eli Lilly's diabetes and weight-loss drug is typically 2.5mg once weekly for 4 weeks. 

Eli Lilly's Mounjaro is used only with exercise and diet to improve blood sugar by those with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
