Japan boasts the world's oldest population, with approximately 28% of its citizens aged 65 or older, driven by high life expectancy and low birth rates, according to population bureau. 

Germany's population is aging rapidly, with around 22% of citizens aged 65 or older, due to declining birth rates and an increasingly elderly society. according to population review bereau. 

Finland has an aging population, with about 22% of its population over the age of 6, according to population review bureau. 

Portugal has a significant aging population, with approximately 23% of its citizens aged 65 or older according to population  review bureau

Greece, is facing a similar demographic challenge, with around 23% of its population classified as seniors, indicating a significant aging trend in the country.

Spain's population is notably aging, with approximately 21% of its citizens aged 65 or older.
