Emergency workers were battling fierce wildfires Thursday in the Luhansk region of eastern Ukraine.

Four people have been killed and 12 injured since the fires broke out on Wednesday.

Around 120 people have been evacuated from their homes.

Almost ten hectares (25 acres) of forest and grassland has been affected, according to the Ukrainian Emergency Service.
