An overnight missile strike on the city of Sloviansk in the eastern Donetsk region killed at least three people and wounded six more, Donetsk governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said in a Facebook post on Tuesday morning.
A school and at least seven multi-storey buildings were damaged, Kyrylenko added.

In a bid to pressure Moscow to end the war, the European Union agreed to embargo most Russian oil imports by the end of the year.
