Israel Defence Force (IDF) spokesperson Lieutenant Col. Jonathan Conricus verified allegations that Hamas murdered infants in the Israeli kibbutz of Kfar Aza on Thursday, the sixth day of the Israel-Hamas war. The official added it was difficult to fathom that Hamas is able to commit such a heinous crime.

Lt. Col. Conricus stated in his routine video briefing on the conflict between Israel and Hamas, said, "The scenes are out of a zombie movie,", "There were babies that have been beheaded...it was hard to believe that even Hamas could perform such barbaric act."

He further emphasised, the crimes committed against Israeli people, particularly children. "There were bodies scattered everywhere, mutilated, women and children that were handcuffed and shot, executed, houses torched and burned, and people who were either burnt inside or suffocated," Conricus added.

According to him, the Israeli Air Force has been hitting many targets throughout different neighbourhoods in Gaza. "We are prioritising striking commanders, and senior officials in Hamas... whenever we have intelligence that indicates the whereabouts of the senior Hamas officials or military commanders, we strike in that location,” the IDF personnel emphasised.

In addition, he noted the present scenario in Gaza and stated that "if it belongs to Hamas, we are striking it and that's what's going on in the Gaza strip today." He went on to say that wherever Hamas has facilities including financial, construction, commander control, intelligence, research and development, and whatever else, "we are striking it."

At least 40 children killed: Report

At least 40 infants were reportedly killed by the vicious Hamas terror organisation, according to reports from Israel's i24 News. The reality far beyond all expectations for the soldiers recalled for reserve duty, who had previously braced themselves for the worst. They saw atrocities that defied comprehension, including infants with their heads cut-off and whole families brutally shot to death in their beds. About 40 infants and young children had their innocent lives mercilessly cut short while being taken out on gurneys, which defies all notions of compassion.

In an effort to continue harming the "Nachaba" commando force of the terrorist group Hamas, the Israel Air Force unleashed a series of assaults on Thursday night. These strikes targeted operational headquarters that were utilised by operatives who broke into the Otaf settlements last Saturday.

Muhammad Abu Shamla, a senior member of the Rafah Brigade's Hamas naval formation, was also killed by Air Force planes. The home of Abu Shamla was also used to stockpile naval weaponry for use in terrorist attacks against Israel, the news agency Asian News International (ANI) reported.

According to the most recent updates, Israel's nighttime airstrikes in Gaza have resulted in 51 Palestinian deaths and 281 injuries, according to the Gaza health ministry, The Times of Israel reported.

In reaction to Hamas' attack on Israel on Saturday that claimed more than 1,200 lives, Israel has launched a counteroffensive in an effort to fully destroy the terrorist organisation.
