Tehran Ready For Dialogue: Iran President Masoud Pezeshkian Big Statement

Tehran: Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has said that the enemy (Israel) has failed to achieve goals in its aggression against Iran adding they are ready for dialogue and defending its people's rights at the negotiating table.

The President further emphasised that Iran will not violate the ceasefire agreement unless the enemy does.

The remarks from Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has come after Donald Trump on Tuesday once again pressed for respecting the ceasefire saying he (Trump) was not happy that the truce was broken by both the nations.

Hours after US President Donald Trump announced a ceasefire between Israel and Iran, reports surfaced that the Israeli Defence Forces assassinated another Iranian scientist. Iran, in its response launched yet another missile attack towards Israel.

The criss-cross fire came as a global embarrassment for Donald Trump who had just announced a ceasefire.

Not happy with Iran or Israel either, says Donald Trump 

Earlier today, while speaking to press before departing for NATO summit to be held in Netherlands, Donald Trump said that he was not happy with Iran and also Israel for violating the ceasefire. Trump asserted that Israel should stop bombing Iran and urged their pilots to return home now.

What Donald Trump said as he announced ceasefire?

On Monday, after Iran targeted US airbase Al-Udeid in Qatar, Donald Trump in a long post on Truth Social wrote, “CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE! It has been fully agreed by and between Israel and Iran that there will be a Complete and Total CEASEFIRE (in approximately 6 hours from now, when Israel and Iran have wound down and completed their in progress, final missions!), for 12 hours, at which point the War will be considered, ENDED! Officially, Iran will start the CEASEFIRE and, upon the 12th Hour, Israel will start the CEASEFIRE and, upon the 24th Hour, an Official END to THE 12 DAY WAR will be saluted by the World.”

"During each CEASEFIRE, the other side will remain PEACEFUL and RESPECTFUL. On the assumption that everything works as it should, which it will, I would like to congratulate both Countries, Israel and Iran, on having the Stamina, Courage, and Intelligence to end, what should be called, "THE 12 DAY WAR." This is a War that could have gone on for years, and destroyed the entire Middle East, but it didn't, and never will! God bless Israel, God bless Iran, God bless the Middle East, God bless the United States of America, and GOD BLESS THE WORLD," the US President said.
