New Delhi: Hours after US President Donald Trump came down heavily on Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday reiterating that the latter doesn't want peace, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk weighed in and doubled down attack on Ukrainian President and said that Zelenskyy wants a forever war, a never-ending graft meat grinder for him.

Taking to his own social media platform X, formerly Twitter, Musk wrote, “Zelenskyy wants a forever war, a never-ending graft meat grinder” adding this is evil. In the past few days, especially post Zelenskyy's White House showdown, Musk took a dig at Ukrainian President for doing a photoshoot for Vogue when people were dying in war with Russia.

In the latest, Musk's bashing for Zelenskyy has come soon after Trump once again took on his counterpart, days after his brutal blow up at the Oval Office when the US President, in front of world press and on live television, tore apart Ukrainian President for not coming on board for a ceasefire on Ukraine war. Trump had accused Zelenskyy that he's doesn't want peace till the time America was backing him and said that he can come back to Washington when he's ready for peace.

Trump Berates Zelenskyy's Peace Deal Remark

On Monday, Trump strongly berated Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s recent comments that a peace deal with Russia remains “very, very far away.”

Trump wrote, "This is the worst statement that could have been made by Zelenskyy, and America will not put up with it for much longer!”

Trump claimed that the Ukrainian leader was reluctant to seek peace as long as Ukraine continued receiving American support.

Trump Criticizes Europe's ‘Flat’ Statement Against Russia

President Trump also took on the European leaders, over their “flatly” made statements, and questioned their over dependence on US support for the war in Ukraine.

Trump wrote, “Europe, in the meeting they had with Zelenskyy, stated flatly that they cannot do the job without the U.S.”

"Probably not a great statement to have been made in terms of a show of strength against Russia. What are they thinking?” Trump added.

Trump has consistently urged European nations to shoulder more of the financial and military responsibility in supporting Ukraine. His recent comments reflect ongoing skepticism about US involvement in the war in Ukraine.
