A perceptive woman from New Hampshire caused a stir among online paranormal enthusiasts by claiming to have spotted a ghost in a graveyard on a popular mapping service. In a viral TikTok clip, uploader Amy Pendleton showcased the alleged apparition at Gilson Cemetery in Nashua, New Hampshire, urging viewers to Google it for themselves.

While navigating Google's 360 panorama view of the cemetery, Pendleton revealed a spooky figure with a blurred-out face behind stone walls, resembling a middle-aged man. In a follow-up clip, she pointed out another shadowy entity, sparking speculation and excitement among paranormal enthusiasts in the comment section.

“I think I might have just found, like, a ghost, or Google Maps’ first ghost,” said Amy in a suddenly viral TikTok clip that shows off the alleged map-parition, as reported by a local news outlet.

The purported spectral sighting led to various theories and reactions, with some suggesting it could be the "grave keeper" and others questioning if it was merely a blurry figure or someone walking. Even Pendleton expressed skepticism, acknowledging that Google often edits out individuals caught by their mapping car.

Despite the uncertainty about the ghostly encounter's legitimacy, Gilson Cemetery has a reputation as a haunted location, with reports of glowing lights, mysterious fog, screams, and encounters with unknown entities. The cemetery is known for peculiar sightings, including a woman in a white dress and a baby wandering among the tombstones.

One unusual sighting in the cemetery is an alleged hole in the grave of Walter Gilson, who died in 1811 at the age of five. The nature of the hole, speculated to be made by a bullet or drilled into the stone, adds to the eerie allure of the cemetery.

In a separate incident, social media users were perplexed by an eerie Google Street View image depicting what appeared to be a nearly naked, floppy-armed creature in Utah in November.
