A strong earthquake shook Salt Lake City and many of its suburbs.
The quake panicked residents already worried about the coronavirus pandemic and sent them running into the streets.
The 5.7-magnitude earthquake just after 7 a.m. closed the city's airport and cut electricity for tens of thousands.
The U.S. Geological Survey says the epicenter was southwest of the city and likely felt by about 2.8 million people.
