Jharkhand Governor inaugurates 'Rashtriya Charkha' at Raj Bhavan

Jharkhand Governor Droupadi Murmu on Monday inaugurated "Rashtriya Charkha" at the Raj Bhavan here.

A release from the Raj Bhavan said that she also laid foundation stones to install statues of martyrs of Jharkhand at the Raj Bhavan.

The release said that plans are afoot to install statues of martyrs Baba Tilka Manjhi, Nilambar-Pitambar, Telenga Khadia, Gaya Munda, Veer Budhu Bhagat, Sidho-Kanhu, Tana Jatra Bhagat, Diva Kisun and Albert Ekka, besides Swami Vivekananda. \
