John Abraham's Car Collection: The Mahindra Thar Roxx is the five-door version of the regular Thar, which was launched in 2024. Thar Roxx is a popular off-roaded SUV among mass-market car buyers. Recently, Bollywood actor, John Abraham added a bespoke Thar Roxx to his garage, with customisations on the exteriors and interiors. Note that John Abraham has bought the 4X4 variant of the Thar Roxx.

What’s Special on John Abraham’s Thar Roxx?

The unit, which was manufactured and delivered to John Abraham is special. It gets a custom special ‘JA’ moniker (his name initials) on the C-pillar, all the chrome elements have been blacked out, and the interiors of this special unit also have similar elements. The headrests of the front and rear seats have a similar ‘JA’ moniker, and the dashboard has a special badge, which says ‘Made For John Abraham’. Rest, the Bollywood actor has opted for the Mocha Brown interiors of the Thar Roxx and other details remain unchanged.

The Mahindra Thar Roxx has a long list of convenience and safety features. The convenience feature list consists of a panoramic sunroof, LED headlamps, DRLs, a 9-speaker Harmon Kardon music system, and more. For safety, Thar Roxx comes with six airbags, ABS, EBD, ADAS, and more.

Mahindra Thar Roxx Specifications:

Mahindra offers Thar Roxx with a 2.0L petrol and a 2.2L diesel engine. The 2.0L petrol engine produces 160BHP and 330Nm torque, paired with a six-speed manual transmission. The automatic transmission is available with a higher state of tune, where the engine produces 175BHP and 380Nm torque.

Mahindra also offers a 2.2L diesel engine. The lower state of tune produces 150BHP and 330Nm torque, paired with a six-speed manual or an automatic transmission. The higher state of tune produces 175BHP and 370Nm torque, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. It is also available with a 4X4 drivetrain option.
