E Class Price: Mercedes Benz India has made a price revision of its luxury sedan, E Class in India. It is a popular luxury sedan in the market. Sources told Republic Auto that Mercedes Benz India has made a price revision by ₹1 lakh on the E200 and E220d variants. However, sources also revealed that the price of the E450, which is the flagship variant in the E Class has not undergone a price revision. The price update is applicable with immediate effect.

The price of Mercedes Benz E Class is as follows:

  • Mercedes Benz E200 - ₹79.50 lakh (ex-showroom)
  • Mercedes Benz E220d - ₹82.50 lakh (ex-showroom)
  • Mercedes Benz E450 - ₹92.50 lakh (ex-showroom)

Mercedes Benz E Class Engine Specifications:

The Mercedes Benz E Class has three engine options for the buyers. The E200 is powered by a 2.0L, four-cylinder, producing 201BHP and 320Nm. The E220d is powered by a 2.0L inline four-cylinder diesel engine, producing 194BHP and 440Nm torque. The E450 is equipped with a 3.0L, inline six-cylinder motor, producing 375BHP and 500Nm torque. All the engines are paired with a nine-speed automatic gearbox.

The exterior design of the Mercedes Benz E Class is simplistic. It has large grille with minimal three-star logos, , all LED headlamps and DRLs, runs on 19-inch alloy wheels and has flush door handles which reminds of S-Class. The tail lamps are LED and has three-pointed star shaped design.

Recent Price Hike by Mercedes Benz:

Mercedes Benz India had recently announced a price hike of its lineup in India. As automakers were announcing a price hike of their models effective from April 2025, Mercedes-Benz India also highlighted to be in this race. According to news agency PTI, the German automaker has announced that it may surge the prices of its models in India if the Rupee continues to weaken against the Euro.
