Ultraviolette Launches Tesseract, Its First Electric Scooter, Alongside Shockwave E-Bike
With the new Tesseract, Ultraviolette claims a range of over 260km, while the new Shockwave electric bike has a claimed range of 165km.

Indian startup Ultraviolette has launched two new two-wheelers in its portfolio. The automaker has introduced a new electric scooter, called Tesseract, and a new electric bike, the Shockwave. Both the Tesseract electric scooter and the Shockwave electric bike come with a bunch of convenience features and have decent range and performance from the battery. However, buyers can book these new vehicles and the company plans to start deliveries from Q1 of 2026.

Ultraviolette Tesseract Design:
The design of the Ultraviolette Tesseract electric scooter is bold and has a bulky profile. It has LED headlamps and dynamic swipe for the indicators. Ultraviolette has added a front camera and a radar for ADAS features on the Tesseract. It runs on 14-inch alloy wheels and has front and rear disc brakes. The seats are comfortable.
Ultraviolette Tesseract Features:
Regarding the feature list, Ultraviolette has loaded it with a long list of features. Some of the key features that come in the Tesseract are the rider assistance features, which comprise blind-spot detection, front collision warning, haptic feedback on the handlebar, and others.

Ultraviolette Tesseract Range and Specifications:
The Ultraviolette Tesseract has a claimed IDC range of 261km. However, the motor produces 20BHP power and has a claimed top speed of 125km/h.
Ultraviolette Tesseract Price:
Ultraviolette has launched the Tesseract at an introductory price of ₹1.20 lakh (ex-showroom) for the first 10,000 customers.

Ultraviolette has launched an entry-level electric motorcycle in the enduro category for the market. It has sleek tyres at the front, twin LED headlamps and a small visor. The seat is set high and has an option for the pillion seat as well. Ultraviolette offers it in two colour options to the buyers.
Ultraviolette Shockwave Range and Specifications:
The Shockwave consists of an IDC range of 165km. Since it is an enduro segment motorcycle, the automaker claims that it has 505Nm torque going to the rear wheels.
Ultraviolette Shockwave Price:
Ultraviolette has launched the Shockwave at an introductory price of ₹1.50 lakh (ex-showroom) for the first 1,000 customers.
