Volvo XC90 Facelift to Launch on March 4: What to Expect?

Volvo XC90 Facelift: Swedish luxury automaker Volvo Cars India is all set to launch the XC90 Facelift in the Indian market. Volvo Cars unveiled the facelifted version in September 2024 last year for the global market. Talking about what’s new, the exteriors are updated, have new features, and tech and may get a new powertrain option as well.

Volvo XC90 Facelift Launch:

Volvo Cars has confirmed about the launch, and it is scheduled on 4th March, 2025.

Volvo XC90 Facelift Exteriors:

The exteriors of the forthcoming Volvo XC90 Facelift are revised. The front fascia of the XC90 Facelift has a new design for the grill, new LED headlamps, a updated design for the Thor’s hammer shaped LED DRL, and a revised bumpers. Coming to the side, it runs on 21-inch alloy wheels and the silhouette of the XC90 remains similar to the previous model. The rear gets a sleeker LED tail lamps and sharp cuts and creases on the bumpers.

Volvo XC90 Facelift Interiors:

The interiors of the XC90 Facelift remains similar. It continues to have a three-spoke steering wheel, and the infotainment screen is tilted towards the driver. The XC90 Facelift has a clean and subtle dashboard theme and buyers might get different upholstery options to opt for. There is a subtle chrome lining on the dashboard, which enhances the premiumness of the cabin.

Volvo XC90 Facelift Features:

Regarding feature list, we can expect Volvo Cars to add a few more features to the list. It is likely to come with adaptive air suspensions, which can alter the ride height and adapt to the road conditions to offer a great experience on the inside. Other features on offer are four-zone climate control, wireless charger, ambient lighting, and more.

Volvo XC90 Facelift Powertrain:

Globally, the Volvo XC90 continues to offer a 2.0L turbo petrol engine, which has a 48V mild-hybrid and a plug-in hybrid. However, it is still undercover about which powertrain will come to India.
