M&M Q4 results FY25: Auto major Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, led by Anand Mahindra, has announced its robust Q4 results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.
The company reported a significant 22% increase in standalone net profit, amounting to Rs 2,437 crore compared to Rs 2,000 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Additionally, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has proposed a substantial dividend of Rs. 25.3 per Ordinary (Equity) Share with a face value of Rs. 5 each, translating to an impressive 506% dividend. This announcement was made through an exchange filing.
‘Recommendation of a Dividend of Rs. 25.3 (506%) per Ordinary (Equity) Share of the face value of Rs. 5 each,’ as mentioned in the exchange filing.
M&M Dividend Record Date
The auto maker has also provided a record date, which is 4th July 2025.
'The Record Date for Dividend shall be Friday, 4th July, 2025,' as per the exchange filing.
M&M Dividend Payout Date
The company have announced its payout date, which is 31st July. Payout is the date on which the dividend amount is credited.
"The Dividend on Ordinary (Equity) Shares for the year ended 31st March, 2025, as recommended by the
Board of Directors and as may be declared at the AGM, will be paid/dispatched after 31st July, 2025," the company said in the exchange filing.

In Q4FY25, the firm's revenue from operations increased by 24%, reaching Rs 31,609 crore compared to Rs 25,434 crore in Q4FY24.
