Nestle India, a prominent Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company behind household brands such as Maggi, Nestle Coffee, and KitKat, has publicly disclosed its quarterly results schedule for the fiscal year 2025-26.

In a filing to the stock exchanges on Wednesday, March 20, the company outlined the dates for its upcoming quarterly results, including its board meeting schedule and trading window closure dates.

To wrap up the current fiscal year (FY 2024-25), Nestle India has slated its board meeting for April 24, 2025 and the trading window will be closed from April 1, 2025, to April 26, 2025.

Earnings Announcement Schedule

Looking ahead to the next fiscal year (FY 2025-26), Nestle India has announced the following dates:
- Q1 (April-June), The board meeting is scheduled for July 24, 2025 to assess the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ending On June 30, 2025. The trading window will be closed from July 1, 2025, to July 26, 2025.
- Q2 (July-September) and half-year results will be discussed at the board meeting on October 16, 2025, with the trading window closed from October 1, 2025, to October 18, 2025.
- Q3 (October-December) results will be announced after the board meeting on January 30, 2026, with the trading window closed from January 1, 2026, to February 1, 2026.

On the stock market front, Nestle India's share price closed at Rs 2,221 on Thursday, recording a 1.6% growth from the previous closing price of Rs 2,184. The stock opened at Rs 2,196, surged to a high of Rs 2,227, and declined to a low of Rs 2,181.
