DLF Q2 profit rises 31% to Rs 623 crore on higher revenue
DLF's total income increased to Rs 1,476.42 crore in the second quarter, compared to Rs 1,360.30 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

DLF has reported a 31 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit for the second quarter of the current fiscal year. The net profit reached Rs 622.78 crore, up from Rs 477.04 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
DLF's total income increased to Rs 1,476.42 crore in the second quarter, compared to Rs 1,360.30 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
For the April-September period of the current fiscal year, DLF's net profit rose to Rs 1,149.78 crore, up from Rs 946.61 crore in the year-ago period. Total income also grew to Rs 2,998.13 crore in the first six months of the fiscal year, compared to Rs 2,876.78 crore in the same period of the previous year.
DLF's strong financial performance reflects higher revenue and profitability during this period.
