Nazara Tech investment plans: Nazara Technologies, a prominent player in the online gaming industry, has launched a game publishing division dedicated to delivering top-notch games to both Indian and global audiences.

Under the banner of "Nazara Publishing," the company has committed to investing a minimum of Rs 1 crore per game and is set to launch 20 games over the next 18 months. This initiative signifies Nazara's ambitions to enhance the gaming landscape.

To facilitate this, they have introduced a dedicated website for game developers interested in forging partnerships with Nazara to publish games across various platforms, including mobile, web3, VR, and PC.

Nazara aims to provide comprehensive support to developers, encompassing game design, localisation, data analytics capabilities, beta testing, quality assurance, improved monetisation strategies, and efficient distribution through strategic user acquisition campaigns and platform collaborations.

Nazara Technologies boasts a strong presence in the esports domain, with holdings in India's leading esports platform Nodwin, PublishME in the Turkey/MENA market, and Sportskeeda and Pro Football Network in the sports media space.

In September, the Nazara Tech board approved the issuance of equity shares with a face value of Rs 4 each, aiming to raise up to Rs 410 crore from SBI Mutual Fund. Additionally, this month, Nodwin Gaming's Singapore arm secured a 100 percent stake in the game marketing agency PublishME for $2 million, previously held by existing shareholders Nazara Technologies and Ozgur Ozalp. This move further solidifies Nazara's presence in the gaming and esports sector.
