Swagatam':Anand Mahindra Welcomes Sunita Williams Back to Earth| See Post

Business magnate Anand Mahindra shared a heartfelt message online, celebrating the safe return of astronaut Sunita Williams and her Crew-9 teammates from their SpaceX mission. 

Reflecting on a chance meeting with Williams in Washington two years ago, Mahindra conveyed both his admiration and sense of relief over her safe journey home. 

"When the SpaceX rescue mission was launched, I recalled this chance encounter almost two years ago with @Astro_Suni in Washington. It was an enormous relief to see her and her colleagues’ successful splashdown back on Earth a few hours ago," tweeted Mahindra. 

While praising Williams for her bravery, he added, "She is courage personified, and it’s good to have her back amongst us. Swagatam, Sunita..."

It is pertinent to note that PM Narendra Modi too praised Sunita Williams in one of this recent tweets.
