APSC Prelims 2025 Registration Begins from March 28 at apsc.nic.in, Here's How to Apply

The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) will commence the application process for the Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination 2025 from March 28, 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website, apsc.nic.in. 

The deadline to submit applications is April 29 at 5 PM, while the last date for fee payment is May 1 at 5 PM.

APSC Prelims 2025: Application Fee 

The application fee for general category candidates, including ex-servicemen, is Rs 297.20, which includes taxes and processing charges. 

For SC, ST, BPL candidates of all categories, PwBD (including ex-servicemen from these categories), and women applicants, the fee is Rs 197.20. 

APSC Prelims 2025: Eligibility Criteria 

Only Indian citizens aged between 21 and 38 years as of 1st January 2024 are eligible to apply for APSC CCE 2025. Age relaxation applies to reserved category candidates. 

Applicants must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying for the examination. Their participation in every stage, including the Preliminary Examination, Main (Written) Examination, and Personality Test (Interview), will be provisional and subject to fulfilling the required eligibility conditions set by the Commission.

Step 1: Visit the official website: apsc.nic.in. 

Step 2: Click on the APSC 2025 application link on the homepage 

Step 3: Register by entering your details and completing the application form. 

Step 4: Make the payment and submit the form. 

Step 5: Download and print a copy for future reference.

The recruitment drive aims to fill various posts, including Assam Civil Service (Junior Grade), Assam Police Service (Junior Grade), Labour Officer, District Transport Officer, Block Development Officer, Assistant Manager (AM)/Assistant Industries Officer (AIO)/Superintendent of Industries, Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Assam Finance Service (Junior Grade II), Assam Urban Administrative Service (EO. Junior Gr. II), Assistant Research Officer, Minorities Development Board, Inspector of Taxes, Inspector of Labour, Inspector of Excise, Assistant Employment Officer, Sub-Registrar, and Assam Audit Service (Assistant Audit Officer).
