CA Final Exams: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced a significant change in the CA Final exam schedule. Starting from 2025, the CA Final exams will be conducted three times a year instead of twice, aligning with the exam frequency of the CA Intermediate and Foundation levels.

In an official statement, ICAI said that the decision was made to provide students with greater opportunities and align with global best practices.

"The 26th Council of the ICAI has taken a historic decision to hold the CA Final exam three times a year, providing students more flexibility and opportunities," the statement read.

With this decision, all three levels of the CA course—Final, Intermediate, and Foundation—will now have exams in January, May, and September.

This will allow students to plan their preparation better and attempt the exams more frequently.

Change in the Post-Qualification Course

ICAI also announced changes in the Post Qualification Course in Information Systems Audit. The Assessment Test for this course, which was previously held twice a year in June and December, will now be conducted three times a year in February, June, and October.
