The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is all set to conduct the National Eligibility-cum Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET-PG) 2024, on June 23. This NEET-PG will be held from 9 am to 12:30 pm and will be conducted via computer-based test mode across more than 1,000 test centers in approximately 300 cities nationwide. Candidates must note that the gates of exam centres will be closed 30 minutes before the exam commencement.

In preparation for the exam, NBEMS has implemented several stringent guidelines and advisories for all applicants. Admit cards have been released in batches. NBEMS has also released advisory for candidates appearing for the NEET-PG tomorrow.

NEET PG 2024: Important Advisory For Candidates

  1. Candidates are cautioned against falling prey to misleading claims of securing good marks or merit positions through unauthorized channels. NBEMS does not endorse or communicate such promises via email, SMS, or phone calls.
  2. It is mandatory for candidates to familiarize themselves with their designated test center's location and plan their travel accordingly to ensure timely arrival. Late entries will not be permitted under any circumstances.
  3.  Essential documents including the printed admit card, government-issued photo ID in original and hard copy, and a photocopy of their MBBS qualification registration are mandatory for entry into the exam center.
  4.  Prohibited items, including electronic devices and study materials not permitted by NBEMS, are strictly forbidden inside the examination premises. Candidates requiring medical devices must carry supporting documents; otherwise, such items will not be allowed.
  5. Candidates with disabilities requiring a scribe must obtain prior approval from NBEMS through the designated communication portal, adhering to the provisions of the RPwD Act, 2016. Failure to secure approval will result in the candidate being disallowed from bringing a scribe into the exam center.

NBEMS emphasizes a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of malpractice or misconduct during NEET-PG 2024. Violators will face severe penalties, both criminal and academic, as per the applicable guidelines and regulations.
