Eligibility and Examination:

Only candidates who secured a rank in the top 2.5 lakh in the JEE Main exam were eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2024. The exam consisted of two papers, each lasting three hours.

• In 2023, a total of 43,596 female candidates registered for the exam, and 7,509 of them qualified.
• Out of 2,50,255 eligible candidates from JEE Main 2023, 1,89,487 candidates registered for JEE Advanced, and 1,80,372 appeared for both papers. Among these, 43,769 candidates qualified.
