ICSI CS June 2025 Registration with Late Fee Begins Today at icsi.edu, Know How to Apply

ICSI CS June 2025: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will begin the registration process for the CS June 2025 examination with a late fee from today, March 26. Candidates who wish to apply can access the direct registration link on the official ICSI website at icsi.edu. 

The ICSI CS June 2025 exam will be conducted from June 1 to June 10, 2025, with the exam timing set from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM. Candidates can choose to take the exam in English or Hindi, following the prescribed guidelines. 

The enrolment process with a late fee will close on April 9, 2025. Changes to exam details, such as centre, module, medium, optional subject, exemption cancellation, or resubmission of documents for exemption approval, can be made until May 1, 2025.

ICSI CS June 2025: Eligibility  

To appear for the CS examination, candidates registered in the Executive Programme must complete both the online pre-examination test and the One-Day Orientation Programme (ODOP). For those in the Professional Programme, completing the online pre-examination test is compulsory.

The late fee for all stages is Rs 250, and any changes to the exam centre, module, medium, or optional subject will also incur a fee of Rs 250 per change. 

Students should note that for every transaction, including unsuccessful ones, the system generates a Request ID and Transaction ID. For further details, candidates can visit the official ICSI website. 

ICSI CS June 2025: Steps to Register  

Step 1: Go to the official ICSI website at icsi.edu. 

Step 2: Click on the Examination link on the homepage. 

Step 3: On the new page, select the CS Executive and Professional option. 

Step 4: Register by providing the required details. 

Step 5: After completing the registration, log in to your account. 

Step 6: Fill in the application form and pay the required fee. 

Step 7: Submit the form and download the confirmation page. 

Step 8: Print a copy for future reference. 

ICSI Paper-Wise Exemption for CS June 2025 Session 

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced that candidates who scored 60 percent or above in the December 2024 exams will automatically receive paper-wise exemptions for the CS June 2025 session. 

Students who do not wish to avail themselves of this exemption can request its cancellation. The deadline to apply for exemption cancellation or resubmit documents for approval is May 1, 2025, by 4 PM. Candidates can submit their requests through the SMASH portal.
