The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRBs XIII) to recruit Group "A" Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group "B" Office Assistants (Multipurpose). There are a total of 9995 vacancies. The online examinations and subsequent interviews will take place as per the tentative dates provided below.

Age Criteria (As on June 1, 2024)

• Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 18-28 years (born between June 2, 1996, and June 1, 2006)
• Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 18-30 years (born between June 3, 1994, and May 31, 2006)
• Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21-32 years (born between June 3, 1992, and May 31, 2003)
• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): 21-40 years (born between June 3, 1984, and May 31, 2003)

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
• Persons With Benchmark Disability (PwBD): 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen: Actual period of service + 3 years (8 years for SC/ST), up to a maximum age of 50 years
• Commissioned Officers including ECOs/SSCOs: 5 years
• Widows, Divorced women, and women legally separated from their husbands: Up to 35 years for General/EWS, 38 years for OBC, and 40 years for SC/ST
• Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years

Educational Qualifications and Experience

Office Assistants (Multipurpose)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
• Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s.
• Desirable: Working knowledge of computers.

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Preference for degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy.
• Proficiency in the local language.
• Desirable: Working knowledge of computers.

Officer Scale-II (Manager)

• General Banking Officer: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
• Specialist Officers:
  • Information Technology Officer: Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields with a minimum of 50% marks.
    • One year of relevant experience.
  • Chartered Accountant: Certified Associate (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
    • One year as a Chartered Accountant.
  • Law Officer: Degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks.
    • Two years as an advocate or Law Officer.
  • Treasury Manager: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance.
    • One year of relevant experience.
  • Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing.
    • One year of relevant experience.
  • Agricultural Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture-related fields with a minimum of 50% marks.
    • Two years of relevant experience.

Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Application Fees/Intimation Charges

• Officer (Scale I, II & III):
  • Rs. 175/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
  • Rs. 850/- for all others.
• Office Assistants (Multipurpose):
  • Rs. 175/- for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM candidates.
  • Rs. 850/- for all others.
