RPSC RAS 2024: Registration Begins For 733 Vacancies Today, Here's How To Apply

RPSC RAS Recruitment 2024: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) released the official notification for the Rajasthan Administration Service (RAS) for various services across the state.  The registration window begins today, September 19, and the last date to apply is October 18, 2024.  A total of 733 vacancies have been offered, out of which 346 are for state services and 387 for subordinate services.

RPSC RAS Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Those who have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university can apply for the RPSC RAS exam 2024. 

Age Limit: Candidates should be aged between 21 and 40 years as of 01.01.2025. Relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved categories will be provided as per government norms. Candidates are advised to check the official notification for more details.

Selection Process and Exam Pattern

• Candidates will have to clear a preliminary written exam followed by a main exam and an interview. 
• The RPSC RAS prelims exam will have 200 questions about general knowledge and general science. The duration of the exam will be three hours. 
• RPSC RAS main exam will comprise four papers of GS and one paper of General Hindi and GS, each carrying 200 marks. The duration of the exam for each paper will be three hours. 
• The interview round will carry 100 marks.

• Visit the official website- rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in
• Click on the Apply Online link given on the left of the homepage 
• Now click on the ‘New Registration’ Tab 
• Register or log in using your credentials 
• Fill out the form correctly 
• Upload the required documents 
• Pay the application fee and submit it.
