After the shocking 'Hua To Hua' (so what) comment of Congress party's Indian overseas chief Sam Pitroda on 1984 anti-Sikh riots, the BJP has put out a video of Rajiv Gandhi's infamous ' when a tree falls, Earth shakes' comment.

Posting the video on Twitter, BJP said can those saying 'Hua to Hua' give an answer to those families in whose memories the dreadful incident is still alive. They then asked will Sonia, Rahul, and Priyanka ever ask forgiveness for the brutal massacre of 1984?

"Can people saying 'Hua to Hua' give an answer to those families in whose memories the dreadful incident is still alive?

Will Sonia, Rahul, and Priyanka ever ask forgiveness for the brutal massacre of 1984?

The country is demanding answers."

On Friday, May 10, in its first written response on 'Hua To Hua' remark on the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, the Congress party issued an official statement saying 'Indian Congress and its leadership have strived to ensure justice for 1984 riot victims.' They also said that any remark by Sam Pitroda or anyone is not the opinion of the party.

While talking to media on Thursday, May 9, on Nanavati Commission's report, Pitroda said: "I don't think so, this is also another lie, and what is with 1984? You speak about what happened in 5 years. It happened in 1984, so what? (1984 Hua to Hua)"

Condemning the statement, Prime Minister Modi said that the statement represents the mentality of the Congress party.

"This is the case since the beginning, earlier Rajiv Gandhi had said "when a big tree falls, Earth shakes", and this is the reason in so many years only Commissions were formed but no action was taken, no one was punished. Kamal Nath was made Punjab's chief, when people of Punjab protested, then they removed him. Now he has been made Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. This comment is not a mindset of one person, it is a representation of Congress' mentality, Congress is full of arrogance, they have an attitude of 'Hua to Hua' (so what), the mentality of 'Hua to Hua' (so what), if the country has been looted then it is 'Hua to Hua' (so what). This arrogance has brought Congress down to 44 seats and this year it will come down further," PM said.

IT GETS WORSE: 'My Hindi isn't that good. I meant Jo Hua woh bura hua. Move on,' says Sam Pitroda 24 hours after '1984 hua to hua'
