As the 39 days of a rousing elections officially comes to an end with the conclusion of the seventh and final phase of voting on Sunday, the attention is now fixated on the result day on May 23 that will seal the fate of candidates in fray across thousands of polling booths in 542 constituencies in a country of over 900 million eligible voters. However, before the moment of truth that will determine the composite of the 17th Lok Sabha elections and from there on the formation of a new Indian government, the Republic Media Network has broadcast India's biggest exit poll - the mega double exit poll in collaboration with the country's top pollsters Jan Ki Baat and CVoter. 

Remarking on the double exit poll's projection for Uttar Pradesh wherein CVoter predicts the NDA will win 38 seats and Jan Ki Baat projects between 46-57 seats, and also on the overall projections by both regarding the NDA coming back to power come May 23, the BJP's Gorakhpur candidate - Bhojpuri films star Ravi Kishan - said that the party had received support from all sections of society while speaking to Republic TV:

"Every caste has voted for us. It is unbelievable. I have been to 150 booths since morning and saw that people from all castes, communities- be it higher castes or lower castes, everyone has cast their votes which is very good news for our honourable Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modiji and our Chief Minister Yogi Maharaj as Bharatiya Janata Party is heading towards a historic win in Uttar Pradesh and that the coalition between SP and BSP will be defeated in Gorakhpur."

When asked about whether he would become a full-time politician if he manages to win in Gorakhpur, Kishan said that he can't quit cinema but he would take an industry-building approach:

"I will build industries over here. I know to provide employment because I am a self-made man. So I will establish film industries over here and establish an institution like National School of Drama (NSD). We will train the kids of Bihar, Jharkhand and UP."

At the same time, Kishan also said that he will also be involved in shooting films but they will be biopics and stories will change. He also added that he will stay in UP itself.

"This place has all the facilities. Yogiji has made this place a smart city as well as a high-tech city.  Even if I go anywhere, I will come back in two hours time. I will not be running to France or Italy and I will stay right here."
