PM Modi said that the BJP's victory win in three states - MP, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh - has guaranteed the party's win in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

“Some people are even saying that the BJP's hat-trick has guaranteed a hat-trick in 2024,” PM Modi said.

He also lashed out at the opposition saying, “These election results are also a big lesson for Congress and its 'Ghamandiya' alliance.”

“The lesson is that the country's trust cannot be won just by a few family members coming together on the stage. The spirit of national service that should be there to win the hearts of the people of the country is not there in the Ghamandiya alliance,” he further said.

What was predicted in the exit polls? Major media networks' exit polls indicated that the Congress would be able to hold onto power in Chhattisgarh and dislodge the BRS from Telangana. Why are these Assembly polls important? Both the BJP and Congress strategically tailored their agendas, eyeing the upcoming general elections. Conversely, the Congress is eager to secure victories in select states, aiming to leverage them during seat-sharing negotiations with allies within the INDI bloc.
