Karnataka Exit Poll Result: The Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) coalition is likely to win 21-22 seats in Karnataka in the Lok Sabha elections, leaving 6-7 for the Congress-led INDI, according to Republic-PMARQ and Republic-Matrize. Reacting to the Exit Poll predictions, MP and National President of BJP Yuva Morcha Tejasvi Surya said, "On June 4, BJP might win 24-25 seats in Karnataka".
Karnataka, which voted in two phases across 28 constituencies on April 26 and May 7, holds significant importance for the BJP in the southern part of India, being the only state where it previously held power. However, the Congress is determined to secure victory this time, having fielded candidates on all seats from the INDI bloc. The BJP has fielded 25 candidates, and the Janata Dal (Secular) party has three candidates. The voting for the Lok Sabha election in Karnataka was conducted in two phases across 28 constituencies on April 26 and May 7, with five seats reserved for Scheduled Castes and two for Scheduled Tribes.
